Abstract Background Pleomorphic adenoma, also known as a benign mixed tumor, is the most common salivary gland tumor. The parotid accounts for 90% of total, with minor glands accounting 10%. Buccal pleomorphic adenoma extremely rare. It manifests painless, firm, slow-growing mass in cases. Case presentation A buccal was discovered an adult 43-year-old female patient treated wide surgical resection. literature review PA cheek stated. Conclusion In differential diagnosis masses, should be scrutinized. remedy choice local excision at least 5-year follow-up.
